The Iris at Northpointe

I'm relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida in a few weeks and will be residing at Iris at Northpointe. I'm so grateful to be a part of this beautiful community! Shout out to Leslie, Angela and Kim for helping to make my move across states an enjoyable one. They are always there to help with any questions or concerns and have already made me feel part of the community!

Nice place to stay. Super friendly staff. Pet friendly, although I did think it was weird that they did a dna test on my dog so that they can know who isnt picking up behind their dog. but I get it. The gym could use a little attention, it doesnt look like theres been real changes or updates to the equipment in the past 3-4 years. The onsite garages are nice. Tight squeeze for trailers, but still nice to have.

I have lived at the iris for 2 years and absolutely loved it. It is clean, quiet and serene. The staff is so helpful and very on top of property management. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone needing to move!

I have since inherited a home & moved from the Iris but I loved living at the Iris & still visit on occasion as Ive made friends at the Iris. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly & I miss them too. On move in day, our moving company couldnt get their truck in & Kimberly went & got her car & opened up the back gates so they could enter. We were recently invited to judge the Halloween costume contest. Its like family. The maintenance staff is quick & knowledgeable. I give the staff the three Ps. Professional, Prompt & Poised to help at any moment. It will be one year on November 1st that we moved but Ill always visit to say hi to those I miss. Margaret Caruso
