    These people cleaned my carpet with absolutely no problem and I have a carpet that feels new and especially clean. No dirt or stains on my carpet at all. These guys are located on Needles Trail and they really have some good service and carpenters that really want to see their customers happy. Stop by their office and you can talk to them in person if you have further questions. Ive got absolutely no complaints with these guys they are all phenomenal.

    Called 1 hr.after sched appt for estimate, the Mom ( of the 4 sons, sounded like) checked and said oh, they were running late, would be there shortly. They arrived in personal vehicles. Gave the sales pitch, sounded okay, price not bad . Just didnt have a good feeling so booked somewhere else.

    Don't waste your money. $80 for basically a spray-on deodorizer and a cursory once-over is what they consider carpet cleaning. My husband booked the appointment asking for a deep clean of one of the three bedrooms due to pet stains. The young man who came over arrived promptly and was done in less than 25 minutes, including unloading, setting up, breaking down, and packing up. When the carpets were dry, we looked things over and immediately called about the lack of difference before and after the "cleaning". The issue room still smelled but now with the deodorizer added. The woman on the phone said the pet stains weren't something they could take care of after we had specifically talked to them about it when setting up the initial appointment. She said they would call us back after she talked to the young man and it's been a MONTH of us waiting for that return call. We took care of the carpet stains and smell ourselves with some OxiClean and our handy Hoover carpet cleaner. Skip the service with this company and follow suit.

    I let the owner of 4 Sons Restoration know that I would have to leave a review after waiting 2 months for work to be completed. My warning to anyone who wants their projects completed: Do not give your business to this company. Our service request: Have 350 sq ft of tile grout cleaned Price we paid: $132.15 Date of services: August 2nd, 2018 Our experience: The cleaning team of two young men came on time. They came with their lesser equipment, informing me that the other truck had taken their set of machinery so everything was hand pumped. Very messy, but I just cared that my tile was getting cleaned as we had just moved in. As the work progressed, I asked them why I wasnt seeing any difference yet. They said it needed 24 hours to dry, and I took them at their word. I let the appropriate amount of time pass, and then contacted the office to ask them to come back as the one and only improved area was where I specifically asked to see how it worked (so they slowed the machines movement over the foyer tile from the pace youd quickly vacuum). No where else was it clean. I got it cleaner with a toothbrush and convenience store quality grout cleaner. Fast forward to August 7th. They agreed to come and look at the work done. The employee who came was not one of the young men who had done the work. He came through and speculated as to why the grout color didnt change, saying various things about what they could do to fix it, including bringing the better equipment. He said they would get me scheduled, so I looked forward to having it done and postponed moving fully into our new house until the work was done so I could put the furniture in our kitchen. I sent 7 messages over the next few weeks, asking for updates and a date of service, making myself available for whenever they could come. I got replies back of vague ideas of when they would come, like, next week. And I was put on a list to get scheduled. I kept patiently asking for updates, and got a few (perhaps valid) excuses for postponement like they needed their machinery back, or had to order cleaner. Every time I had to reach out for a follow up, absolutely no customer service. Still, I was patient, as it came to 2 months of no return to finish the job. Only one date was offered of the middle of October, which I finally said wouldnt work as I had family coming before and I needed it finished. Still, I was put off until the end of the week. When I didnt hear back on Tuesday (when I was told on Sunday I would have an appointment this week), my husband took over. It hadnt worked for me to patiently wait, so he called to make sure we would get an appointment this week. The owner of 4 Sons cut him off and told him the work had been done and that their return would be a courtesy and that they had done the work and were just being nice in coming back. In other words, they had gotten our money and didnt care about the poor work. My husband then said that work needed to be done by tomorrow night, or we would have to leave reviews. So here we are. He called my husband delusional (and a liar in a text to me), and hung up. If I can post photos here, I will do so of the grout and messages I received from them. Long review, I apologize, but perhaps it will save someone else time and money.
