We won a gift certificate for an in-home wine tasting. I called and left a message to schedule. A woman named Bailey called me back the next day, confirmed the day was available, and asked me to get in touch with her a week or 2 before the date with approximate head count and wine selection requests. In the several days prior to the scheduled date, I called and texted numerous times, and left several voicemails. I never received any return text or call, and had to tell my attendees I had to cancel because I was completely ghosted by the representative. I will now never purchase PRP products in the future, and I will share my story so that others dont make the same mistake I did.

Bought a certificate at Winter Park, FL wine event! Best decision ever! Our wine specialist, Sarah, is amazing! We had such a wonderful time with her. She was able to answer all 100 of my question lol. We had a great time.

I wish I had looked up their reviews before purchasing their "offer" at the wedding expo in Orlando. I paid for in home wine tasting in February and it's now September and I'm still trying to get them to simply keep an appointment. I spoke with someone in July and made an appointment for September 21st. I reached out to the manager as well as the representative they were sending a day in advance and was told "sorry, I can't make it." That is unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this bullishit charge.
