Banfield Pet Hospital

Great experience! My dog is a patient with Banfield so it was only natural for me to take her to one of there hospitals to receive treatments since they know her history. I was so very happy that at the last minute I was about to call around until I located a facility that could see her the same day as she was experiencing one side of her face swollen. I got her in to see the doctor and just like that they got her feeling better thanks.

Came in because our dog was constipated and vomiting $700 later and they werent able to let us know if there was any blockage stopping him from pooping They were no help at all

Banfield (not just this one) feels more like a money scheme than a veterinarian now. These people are nice, but they are horrendously under staffed. Its hard to get an appointment, and you have to leave your pet there all day. Im talking 8+ hours. They rush through whatever treatments or tests, and this last time they told me they had to send the results to a lab and it would take days. If you had to send everything to a lab, why was my cat there for eight hours??? I saw a vet assistant in the room and when I asked him questions about the procedure, he simply said oh I dont know. I only know about the wellness plans and what the prices are. What??? Banfield has gone so downhill and its sad. Ive also been calling for days trying to get the doctor to tell me the results of the tests. I wont be renewing any plans.
