I seldom write reviews but I have to write one for Skip! First, Skip is very personable and never treated me like I couldnt afford the vehicle. He advised me of all the minor imperfections of the vehicle. I advised him the vehicle would be a gift for my nephew whos going off to college in the fall. I needed a dependable vehicle to get him thru the next 3 years. He doesnt charge dealers fees which was a godsend. Every other dealer I went to was adding at $750-$1200 in dealer fees. Family auto is a hidden gem with very decent vehicles. My nephew will be driving a nice 2016 Lincoln MKT town cars. It was the perfect cash car in the price range I was looking for. I would definitely recommend family auto to any of my friends and family!

I have never had such an easy experience buying a car. I have purchased new and used vehicles over the years and we were in and out in under 3 hours I believe. No hard selling just narrowed down what we needed from the selection and started the process. Van runs great with lots of room for the family. Thanks Skip for the great conversation and no stress afternoon.

I would highly recommend this company. They bent over backwards to help me with my purchase. I have not had a experience like this at any other place I have done business with before friendly and willing to take the time to help when you run into a problem. I will be back for future vehicles and be referring friends in the near future.
