I hired Jason Vazquez with Phantom Motorsports (Phantom Auto Group) to do a 10 year full front wrap plus my doors in PPF and a 5 year ceramic coating on the entire car and wheels. He was also to tint my windows with darker tint and the windshield with just a heat protection ceramic film. Jason had my car for 5 days and needed another day to finish. I go to pick up my car and the front windshield is not done and the tires aren't either. In fact the wheels are covered in break dust. I detailed the outside of my car really well before I took it to him so I could see a before and after photo. Jason or someone there, since Jason denies doing this, DROVE MY CAR 5 MILES. NO ONE had the authority to dive my car off their property and there is no way they put 5 miles on my car driving it in the shop and out of the shop. They were not doing anything mechanical, just cosmetic. He did not do the windshield, didn't do my tires and didn't ceramic coat the car where the PPF is. This is not what we discussed and I would NEVER use this company or recommend a company that takes JOY RIDES IN YOUR CAR!!! Freaking unbelievable. Thank God I took pictures of my odometer before I left but I wish I never used this company
