Trimmed a very large oak in our front yard, as well as a cluster of oaks adjacent to it, and ground three stumps in our yard all for a very reasonable price. Everyone we spoke to was on time, knowledgeable, and professional, their online proposal and payment system was very convenient, and they got the work done quickly. We will be using McCullough again next year.

The guys came in did a excellent job, did what I asked. I would give them 5 on the chart. This tree is going to grow and look great in the next 6 months.

UPDATE: the arborist, Blair Hadley, just called since I made another attempt to contact someone. He tried to bully me by saying that the tree was destroying my home and I should be happy the work is done even if there was this issue. I had a structural engineer out before an arborist. The structure of my home is FINE. It was only the patio, which was poured much later and thinner that has been effected. so not only is their system messed up or their staff incompetent, the arborist themselves argue with people that are not happy with the service. Go elsewhere! I had them come out to give me a quote on a Thursday for root cutting, and just had them also quotw me for some tree removals while there. I said I was still getting quotes from other placesbut that they had good prices, and the arborist was in his way. Tuesday morning a guy shows up to do the work, no confirmation or anything from the company and he's a contractor so he doesn't have company uniform or anything. I can't get ahold of anyone in the office, so I go ahead and have him do the work to avoid any sort of cancellation fee they might have, since I don't know what's going on. when finally someone called me back, was told the office manager would call me and work it out since at the end of the day this is fault of the company, not me. now they have just sent me a bill without contacting me at all? and I had no way of contacting this person. I'm not happy about the customer service at all and will not be coming back.
