Shady business practices and awful customer service

Had a climate controlled 8 x 10 unit for about 6 months. The place was clean and I felt safe going there. Real friendly and easy to deal with. If we need to store something in the future, we would use Big Tree Strorage again.

I absolutely believe Big tree self storage has the best prices, the best customer service and the staff they are 5 stars.

I would never recommend this business , the people that work there are completely inconsiderate of any persons with disabilities. My cousin has a storage there . She goes to her storage about every 2 months . The last 3 times she went there was a band playing heavy metal demonic grunge music deafeningly loud , so loud you can hear it from outside. She finally decided to ask if the manager , Lilah, would ask them to stop until she left , about an hour or so , and that her autistic daughter was there with her and was trembling from the music. Lilah replied yea, and? this forced my cousin to ask her daughters to sit outside until she was finished in 99 degree weather and rain! Her daughter was supposed to hand pick her art supplies but wasnt able to. Lilah also responded by saying to ask the band for ear plugs then. What kind of a human being are you Lila?!! That you could care less about a trembling child who is autistic and has very high sensory disabilities!! She then stalked my cousin until she left , even wrote down her license plate number ! Who does this ?! She also mentioned they are racist there . So if you are not a white person , watch out ! They will stalk you and watch your every move ! She stated the band playing there was allowed but there is still a noise ordinance in the state of Florida regardless of what is admissible to your company. I would advise reporting this business to the better business bureau. BEWARE! They discriminate, are racists and HARASS their customers !
