Donna and the team at MAD Promo went above and beyond on our order. While we are not a huge client, it made no difference in their eyes. The process was a breeze with incredibly helpful guidance from the selection of our merchandise all the way down to making sure we were following our companies imaging guidelines. Donna even went the extra mile for us when we realized we made an error on our order. She got the correct sizing information and had a replacement for us, in hand, within 48 hours!
