Im providing fair and honest feedback about Kinsbrook photography. I purchased the newborn session package. Communication was initially smooth Lauren provided clear instructions for location and it was easy to schedule the time. I had to request the invoice to be sent twice. Pictures were edited and sent relatively quick. Session was January 2nd and pictures were emailed January 18th. January 19th I contacted her letting her know I was not happy with the photos. Newborns are difficult and I understand but the babys face was very scrunched and didnt look angelic in two of the set ups. There was mirror in the family photos that had the back of everyone showing Lauren said she would crop them and upload those into the gallery on January 19th. January 21st still no updated photos. January 23rd messaged Lauren again about the edited photos her response was they were on a cruise and she would have it done Sunday January 28th. January 29th STILL DONT have the edited photos. Unfortunately, I am completely unhappy now and have paid a lot of money for these photos.
