This place is trash..my son tried making a follow up appointment and of course the ghetto miserable receptionist tells him you need to pay this bill first no context as to what the problem with the insurance was. Im sure her ignorant self is looking at the old insurance. Funny how this is a mental health facility yet the staff has the liberty to talk to the patients how they please. This facility needs to get it together and hire actual professionals..my son deserves better care than this. It gives the impression of a cash grab rather than an actual health service centerwill not be returning and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've been a patient for years and had my ups and downs with this place. However, the problem is they NEVER answer the phone. They will put important phone calls on hold for 30 minutes and then transfer the call to an already full voice mailbox. Don't become a patient there unless you have no choice.

Ive found better nice Consuler very organized understanding my needs and is not rude I get these are people just getting out of school but yall can do better Im happy where I am

The pa questioned why I was coming to the psychiatrist at this point in my life. Also their counselors are non licensed. Go somewhere else.
