I wish I could give Jacquelyn and her team 10+ stars! She has been amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond! Jacquelyn answered our texts/emails/and phone calls immediately (even after hours) and always kept us informed. Her guidance, professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and extreme heart ingrained 100% trust. It truly was a blessing to have her as our loan officer! I will recommend her to anyone I know! She has made the process so much smoother and made sure we got the home we dreamed of having! She discussed many different options and with her dedication we moved through any obstacle that came our way. Jacquelyn's hard work allowed us to close on a beautiful home in 9 days from the day of going under contract! Eric and Adrian at Florida Home Loans did an outstanding job assisting me in getting financing for a new home purchase. This was my 5th loan Ive done with them and it was very complicated.
