John & his team were able to get my loan closed in just 8 business days!! The team saved the deal for me and it was crazy how fast and efficient they were! They always stayed 1 step ahead of the underwriters and tried to predict what possible documentation would come up and requested that before the Underwriters did so they could be viewing a complete loan application and not cause delays!
