        Schedule an appointment, wait until day of, appointment gets canceled based on info they've had the entire time. Lots of apologies but no solutions. I'm scheduling an appointment with your practice because I need mental health care and you wait until the morning of to cancel. So insanely frustrating.

        I have been struggling to find comprehensive care for my complex conditions and history, and I can breathe a sigh of relief now knowing that I'm in the care of knowledgeable clinicians and have a game-plan on how to move forward. James provided attentive and thorough care, and I finally feel like I'm heading in the right direction.

        Orlando Health medical group!! Please help what is going on never had a problem there, been with you guys for over 2 years and now as of Friday I cant get my daughter her medication which she needs for school, this is a serious matter but I was told it can take long. So school can wait? Come on you all can do better please please help a kid she needs her medication. Please we are with Doctor Q she is so sweet. But this is not cool my daughter should not have to suffer because she doesnt have her medicine. Can someone please help us. !!!!
