Clifton we’re so very sorry you feel that way. It’s a real shame you didn’t let us know you were having any of these issues. We pride ourselves in keeping in touch with our clients; if anything, to keep a paper trail through email on any issues that might occur.The only communication that we had with you since you started 11-7-2018 was about you wanting us to take care of mosquitoes on your property and to remove some debris. We attempted several times to take care of the mosquitoes, and we made the suggestion via email, since you only let us know it was still a problem after you terminated the service, that you call the city because they might provide a free service to spray/fog neighborhoods with a truck they drive thru the streets with, which we’ve seen them do many times at several locations in the same city. And the debris was also taken care of at the end of December, before your guests arrived at your request, for an agreed upon minimal price, since it was enough to consider it extra work as spelled out in the LM agreement.If your gate was left open and your dog got out as a result, or leaves were blown against your porch, or your grass was dying (aside from the normal fungus being treated that occurs this time of year) why wouldn’t you alert us so it wouldn’t happen again? We would've replaced your sod, free of charge after giving all treatments a chance to work -- and/or given you a credit on your maintenance payment for the inconvenience you endured.We’re sorry, instead that you took the time to complain on Google and didn’t take the time and the opportunity to get in touch with us to resolve any issues you might be having. If given the chance, you might’ve been pleasantly surprised at what we would’ve done to make a happy customer out of you.QBD Management
