In a world where creating a profile to complain about the smallest self-perceived slight, I find it mandatory to praise and acknowledge the great experiences one has had as well. Such is the 14-year business relationship I have had with Dan Bigelow and his company, Express Insurance. I was introduced to Dan upon suggestion from my realtor when I purchased my house in 2009. I quickly handed him my car insurance business as well. Over the years, Dan has been a phone call or text away anytime I have needed him, no matter what that might have been. Whether it was finding new coverage when a companys premiums rose or when a company pulled out of Florida, I did not worry about it. I knew Dan and his team would start working on a resolution immediately and knew I would be hearing from them in a few days at most. At my encouragement Dan handled my Moms insurance needs for a time as well. I even sent the buyer of my home to him to get insurance coverage quickly established for the buyer. As my 25 year residency in Florida ended, one of the longest business relationships I have had in my life ended as well. I already miss knowing Dan, Angie, Kim, Kimberly and Gregory would be there when needed. Dan and Express Insurance always went above and beyond what one might expect in todays world. It is quite obvious that he and his company are client-focused and customer-service-oriented. I encourage anyone to contact Dan Bigelow and Express Insurance for all their insurance needs.
