        The maintenance team deserves their credit, Jose is awesome and makes friendly conversation with the tenants while keeping the complex looking very nice and orderly on a daily basis. The entire maintenance team gets things done quick in timely fashion. Keep up the great work guys

        We have been living at Alta for a year now and we love it! The apartment and leasing office area is very modern and updated. Everyone is so kind, especially one of the leasing agents Ciana. I cant sing her praises enough! Her kindness and helpfulness makes living here a breeze. She always goes above and beyond whenever we need assistance. Her professionalism and genuine care for us residents truly sets her apart. If youre looking for a new apartment, Alta is it!

        Zoty Rodriguez and Daemeon Miller have been a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. In addition the support and maintenance staff have conducted themselves in a first class manner! Always friendly and willing to assist.

        The place is very beautiful. The amenities are abundant!! The staff, especially Daemeon Miller is super nice and helpful. The property is in a good location, just a few hundred dollars a month too much for young ladies just starting out on their own.
