        Delivered cement board here, they unload fairly quick. Unload is by appt. They load their trucks between 700-0845, the yard is small. Pull in and swing truck around where nose is facing towards gate. NO OVERNIGHT PKG!!!

        Terrible customer service. Was scolded by the "Sales Manager" for mentioning an item I saw on the website. He yelled, "Timeout! Timeout! Timeout! Timeout! Timeout!" Incredibly disrespectful treatment of a potential customer. I would recommend not calling this company - save yourself the frustration and disrespect.
