We found Chris on Zillow. We were new to the area. Chris was able to get us into 2 properties via live video camera within a day. We saw the details of the homes as if we were there. He was able to manage both the selling our South Florida property and the buying of our new Live Oak property within the short timeline we required. He was able to keep me calm and reassured even when details werent going as planned. Ive bought and sold quite a few properties and worked with many real estate agents and Chris is definitely the best most attentive agent I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Chris, he truly listened to our needs.

New to the area we just relied on the Zillow app to set us up with a realtor. We met Chris at the property that day. It was quite a bit different than the previous properties weve bought/sold. Having Chris made it so we had someone on our side who knew how things work when buying property such as this. We closed early which was nice because we were renting and didnt want to extend the rental. Thanks again
