Twice now he has come out to my place in keysville on super short notice, the first time right after Ian hit and he was swamped, found and fixed my issue on the spot for an almost embarrassingly low fee. Caleb is the best and I will use him whenever I have any issues!

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. Caleb was able to come out pretty quickly and replace our pump which had just stopped working. I will be sticking with Caleb for any future pump needs

I have had to call this company out to my house at least 3 times in less than 1 year to fix a different problem every time. It is a hassle to even get a hold of Caleb to get him to come out and look at the issue so it can be fixed. The last time he came out I asked if he could go ahead and fix the whole system and get it running good again so that way I wouldnt have to pay another service fee for him to come back out and do another simple fix. It lasted about 3-4 months before I had to call him again to fix something else. I had to make several calls to finally get ahold of Caleb considering he never called me back after missing my calls. Once I finally get a hold of him again and let him know that my pump has been discharging water constantly and my backyard is starting to flood with water, he lets me know that he cant do anything to help me until 5 days later when he comes out to my area. So I tell him thats fine, whatever the soonest he can come out works for me. We agreed on a time and day for him to be at my address which I provided to him. He must have had something better to do considering he never showed up and never called to let me know he wasnt going to be coming by either. I assumed since he was the one that installed the system initially that he would be the best person to call for maintenance on it. I was incorrect. Granted he has seemingly cheaper prices but having to call him out multiple times, the money starts to add up fast. I would advise calling around and finding a professional to come out and fix it properly the first time. I ended up do the research and learning how to Replace my pump myself, because it was easier than getting a hold of this company and dealing with their hassle. **RESPONSE** I just noticed your response to this comment. I remember going through this whole issue because I had just recently bought my house and was trying to get the constant plumbing issues sorted out also. One of the issues I was having with Caleb was him not getting back with me or him having communication issues and your resolution was for me to reach out and try to communicate with him I dont know if me and my family not having running water at the house for around a week or more falls in the realm of a non-urgent job. I do however remember over the span of a few months, that was his on going excuse. A death in the family. I would assume if you are taking a few months to mourn over a loved one than you would take that time off and mourn, not be actively scheduling jobs to not show up to. I guess I shouldve clarified if he was showing up after morning or mourning. I hope things have gotten better over the years and everybody is healthy over there.

Business Response on Google Apr 24th, 2020
Good evening! I am Caleb’s wife and will make sure he is aware of your concerns. I want you to know he would never purposely miss an appointment. We are a small, family owned outfit and have had a lot of unexpected life events happening over the past few weeks, including a death in the family. In addition, the motor went out on our pump truck, which is currently in the shop as the motor is now getting replaced. Add in lots of rain over the past few weeks, and, unfortunately, many non-urgent jobs have needed to be rearranged. If he missed an appointment with you, I can promise you that it was not intentional nor was it something that occurs often as he has been known to go out of his way to help his customers. I apologize for your troubles and I do understand what it feels like to befrustrated. Please give Caleb a call. I know he will be happy to discuss your concerns.-Lacey Holt
