My husband and I engaged Susan in 2020 to find us a house in the greater Tampa area.
We looked at over 30 houses in several areas over a period of six months. We had particular requirements that were hard to meet. Susan has the patience of a saint and we ultimately settled on a house in Carrollwood Village. Susan helped us navigate a complicated negotiation and guided us through the particulars of Florida real estate transactions and we closed in May of 2021. Unfortunately we decided to divorce which required sale of the house. We reengaged Susan and she provided excellent guidance on marketing the house. We put our house on the market on a Friday and she held two open houses resulting in several offers by Tuesday. We ultimately sold the house for nearly $300k more than we paid and could not have done so without Susan. In July of 2022 I was able to purchase a new home with the assistance of Susan. Susan listened carefully to my needs and found me the perfect place in my desired location. This particular deal involved conservatorship and Susan was able to deftly navigate the complications of the transaction. I am very pleased with my purchase and more importantly with all of the help and guidance Susan has provided. Lastly, based upon my phenomenal experience I recommended Susan to two friends who needed assistance with real estate transactions. The first was a sale of her rental property and the second was the purchase of a Condo near UT for the daughter of a work colleague. Here again Susans patience, guidance and expertise proved successful for all parties. I highly recommend Susan and will continue to recommend her services. At some point in the future I will be seeking an investment property and will be reaching out to Susan to assist.
