Adam was very patient, attentive and aggressive with finding a home for our family. Due to the lack of inventory in the market, the process took even longer. Any house that was of interest, Adam would immediately make calls to the sellers agent and visit the property. Adam knows how to properly negotiate with the seller/buyer to get the best value. Additionally, Adam is a full time agent and was always available and familiar with market trends. Purchasing a home from 12 hours away can be very gut wrenching, however Adam was there for us every step of the way. Thank you Adam for everything you did for us. We love our new home and will recommend you to all our friends and family.

Purchase of our new home in Ruskin
We are very pleased with the service we received from Adam at Atlas Real Estate for our home purchase. From finding and viewing potential properties, pointing out issues that needed fixed in our new build to explaining contract and legal information.
