We are so grateful to have found Cynthia. We were preparing to close on our old house in NY and needed the closing documents notarized and mailed that day. Cynthia was very accomadative, she met us at our home very shortly after we called. She even walked over to our neighbors house to get their signatures as witnesses, and then spent a good hour with us, carefully and thoroughly reviewing the documents, and getting them all properly notarized in accordance with FL rules. I would highly recommend Cynthia's services.

Cynthia was awesome. She showed up on time and was extremely professional. We needed a couple additional documents notarized that we did not inform her of prior to her arrival and she was more than willing to complete them as well. Will definitely be using her in the future. Thanks again Cynthia.
