I have only good things to say about Rubens Moura of farmers insurance- Valentino insurance. I had a very short deadline to renew my home insurance policy. I contacted Rubens and at the same day he provided me with a very good quote, a lot less than i was paying to my abusive insurance carrier. At the same day he took care of the scheduling for the inspections needed in order to get my policy activated. He managed to accomplished everything before the deadline date. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quickness. I highly recommend Rubens and farmers insurance to anyone that wants a very good price and no headaches dealing with insurance.

Save yourself major frustration! I am genuinely flabbergasted by the Valentino agency's incompetence. First, my husband had to hand-hold our agent through our onboarding process. Next, we were given a policy that does not cover short-term rentals (when we emphasized from the beginning that the house is a short-termrental property), and paid for that unusable policy for almost 2 months before the mistake was realized by a manager we asked to speak to because we didn't trust our agent. Then, they never informed us our NEW policy was about to be canceled because our hot water heater was too old (which we would have replaced immediately had we simply been informed) and bathroom pipes needed replacing (which we already fixed after the inspection). We happened to find out about the policy cancellation pending when we called the Tower Hill Insurance Exchange (who are VERY helpful) to inquire about adding a hot tub (again, because we don't trust going through Valentino). We are beyond tired of the excuses, and are awaiting a few quotes from other agencies. Even if the cost is slightly higher, it will be worth our peace of mind!
