I recommend this company. My sewer line backed up into my front lawn because the cap was missing, and something caused a blockage. I called yesterday but they could not come out because the truck was full over the weekend. They came this morning (Monday) and within 15 mins the problem was solved. Peter and the other guy were very friendly and informative. They even told me they can replace the pipe and cover. They had to come back with that part. Peter came back about two hours later and replaced it within 5 mins. These guys are awesome. I will use them again and you should give them a try. Thank you, Drain Master USA. Service: Sewer repair

Long time customer. Quick response and always shows up as promised. So many positive things to say about Drainmaster. I had a sewage backup and within an hour after my first call I felt reassured. Peter walked me through the entire process, was super informative and calmed my nerves. After a video inspection it showed that my 50+ year old cast iron pipes had collapsed. Peter was professional, punctual and his team did great work on repairs. Peter also helped me by talking to my insurance company and getting them accept my claim. What more can I ask for during this stressful ordeal? Thank you Drainmaster team!!! Hopefully I never have another problem but if I do I will definitely call again.
