H&R Block

Don't think I'll be back again. I been going for three years I always pay for the extra safety stuff they offer. When I got audited and the IRS held my money I call them and they told me I had to figure it out myself. Ummm why did I pay you? When I finally did get my money it went on the h&r block card instead of my bank account when we specifically put all my account information in. When I called about that they said there's nothing they can do about it. Glad I gave you almost $400 for nothing including every other year at almost $400.

Deb is great! Don't like the new "check-in service", takes too long. Sad to find out that Karen the receptionist quit after 9 years of employment there; don't know why she left. She knew everything there was to know. Not too thrilled with new management, but Deb is great! She's been doing our taxes for many years. She deserves a raise! Thank you Deb for being you...

Very unprofessional organization IMO. When they aren't continually denying wrongdoing after clearly making 1st year tax prep bonehead mistakes, they switch to tones of bullying and intimidation!!! For ex., "I am going to hang up" after trying to have a professional discussion OR have a Sr. Legal Rep (?????) unilaterally deny obvious inaccuracies only realistically attributable to H&R Blockheads by closing off discussion but offer no proof why they aren't  accountable!!!
