Not real happy with new rental management. I've been renting from them over 5 years and they insist coming into my home and inspecting it every 3 to 4 months even though I have never damaged anything. This is probably going to be the last year I will rent from them. I am disabled and have respiratory issues and really do not need people coming into my home and spreading their germs that often. It is a big pain, a health concern and it upsets my dog. Almost harassing. The girl that answers the phone in the rental office is also rude. She told me if I want them to read my lease to me they would be happy to. Their rent collecting and accounting is outdated. They do not accept electronic rent payments from the bank and they are always calling me to see where my rent payment is because Bank of America has to send them my rent thru the usps mail. Scroll down the reviews and look how my review has changed with the new management. 4 years makes a big difference. I figure in the next 4 years, Realty world will be out of business if they dont get management that cares instead of a manager that likes having power.

Person who answered the phone, who is supposed to be representing Realty World in a knowledgeable and caring manner, didn't do so. It's as if she didn't care about me or want to help with my situation. Don't remember her name, but I was terribly disappointed...

You'll have someone constantly checking your rental. They do not give deposits back, they'll find any excuse not too. Take too long for repairs. I would choose Coldwell realty any time over this place for rentals. Kim Miller is unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. The negative comments are basically the reality of the treatment you'll get from these people. Don't waste your energy or money here. Shop elsewhere.
