Very disappointed!!!!! My brother was transported from my home on the advice of hospice to the Lehigh location due to decling health from C.O.P.D.. Within the first 24 hours he slipped in bathroom and fractured his hip and lacerated his face. No bed rails were on his bed and after many attemps thoughout that day requesting help with slow response he attempted to use restroom. The facilities director/Karen advised me there was no need to go to hospital they could do a xray on site. Mistakenly someone from hospice called the ambulance . When emergency responders examined him I was informed he need to go to hospital for dehydration. I want to thank the Lehigh Fire department for saving my brother's life. After 24 hours at hospital with the proper health care and broken hip my family and friends notice a 100% improvement in his cognitive abilities and the way he felt. Without fire department intervention my belief he would have died within the week BE careful what you sign up for and understand there roll. I am his legal care advocate and power of attorney. Without consulting or explaining to me and the patient under the influence of morphine for the first time in his life, they convinced him this would be best for him and had him sign papers without my knowledge. This story will be continued after my meeting with Karen. I may be posting photos of his gruesome injuries. Please please be careful he was not dying when they put him in and 2 years latter he still wants to live and improving rapidly under proper care

Hope Hospice made my husband's last few days so peaceful and serene with an absolutely compassionate team. They are angels on earth. I cannot thank those folks enough.

Beyond amazing to my husband and myself. I definitely didnt know what to expect with hospice. I thought it was end of life care but its not just that but so much more. My husband is terminally Ill but he is living for the first time in three months. Eating/ drinking and comfortable and alert. Multiple hospital stays and at home for almost a month and he was not doing good at all. The staff here are beyond helpful. They treat your loved one like if it was their family member. Thank you beyond words. Angels behind scrubs.

The whole experience at hope hospice was very professional, but most of all it was calm and relaxing there. My father passed away here last week and was only a patient for 2 weeks but he was treated with dignity and respect there and I appreciate each nurse and CNA every day when I visited, they always updated me and asked me if I was doing OK and to let them know if I needed anything. The rooms are private and there's a little lanai for each room and I think it's a beautiful setup to let each patient enjoy it, especially if they are able to sit up or walk. My dad passed very suddenly from lung cancer that he didn't know he had til a couple weeks prior to hospice and I'm so glad I chose hope hospice for his last days. It's so clean and relaxing, they truly focus on the comfort of each person. I can't thank them enough. They continue to call me to check on my well being and mental health and I appreciate that very much
