She accepted my case on December 15th. I immediately contacted her. I followed up multiple times with email and voicemail. She never contacted me back. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would never utilize her in any capacity.

When I first spoke with Melissa in 2022, she was very upfront with me about my case and right away, she informed me it was going to be a hard one to win. At that moment, I gained a little more understanding as to why, I was denied by several lawyers in the area before her. So, I honestly expected Melissa to end the conversation there. However, I gained a strong hope when she decided to take on my case anyways. Melissa gave me the proper outlined guidance as to what facts I needed in order to help win my case. She also kept in contact with me often and kept me updated as, I live out of state. If I needed to speak with Melissa, she always responded in a timely manner to schedule a phone call.
