Best wishes making contact with anyone to rent a unit. The website says call, then you get a mesage, etc. I've called, emailed, and even drove to the facility....Nothing and nobody......Sad when you can't even say Bad Management cause you can't find out...lol......Pathetic.

This is the 3rd month that I have not been able to get into my locker. My locker number is 77, somebody has me listed in # 75, which is empty. I have called a minimum of 10 times, trying to get into it. The people that answers the phones keeps telling me that someone will get a hold of me so that I can get in the locker. Last month they would not talk to me if I did not pay the rent. Now I am being told that they want me to sign a new contract and pay for February. Not until I know my belongings are still there I live in Leesburg, it would take me about 10 minutes to get to the locker and meet someone that could open the locker so I can make sure my belongings are still there. I need someone to contact me. I have talked to a lawyer and I have the right to be able to get into the locker. this is going on 3 months now which is not a very good business practice.
