As a former employee, I have to say this is the most poorly managed establishment i have ever worked for in my life. Toxic work environment, passive aggressive management, absolutely awful training methods which set anyone up to fail, piss poor leadership and delegation of tasks for each position. I worked for them for one month and quit. I have never quit a job in my life. Beth Hargrove (Office manager) takes zero initiative to delegate tasks nor does she understand how to effectively manage a team, but instead passes everything off to other under trained employees so she doesn't have to take accountability for anything. Mohamed (the CEO) is far more concerned with what women in the office are wearing rather than the quality of their work not to mention paying any attention to the fact that this company is a sinking ship because of how poorly managed this company is. Avoid this place at all costs. The pay is not worth the stress and headache this place will cause you. Lastly, they refused to pay me for my first weeks check which was withheld like most companies do until you leave the company. I will be contacting the DEO and the appropriate legal firm to have this rectified.
