Rise Construction Custom Builders

We've been working with Rise Construction for a few months on the design, contract administration and permitting for our new home. Suzie Rise has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is unbelievably efficient and resourceful. Construction is just starting, so we'll be working with Charley Rise and his Superintendent Danny as our jobsite contact. Looking forward to the months ahead to get our legacy lake house built with Rise Construction. Update: It's been just two months since we turned our property over to Rise Construction to begin construction of our home, and the progress has been incredible! Slab and walls are finished, and the framers will be done in the next couple of days. We could not be more pleased with the progress so far. Update: We're four months into the project, and things are progressing very, vey well. Charley, Danny, Suzie, Pennie and the team are doing a great job. The home is ready for drywall, and we could not be more excited as we move through the various phases of the work. Update: We just passed the six month mark, and things continue to progress very nicely. Drywall is installed, textured and painted, cabinets are in and counter tops are being installed this week. Charley, Danny, Pennie and the team continue to exceed our expectations. If progress continues at this rate, we hope to be able to enjoy the new home this summer. Service: Custom home design

RISE Construction was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is the first home weve built, and they helped us understand the process and design an incredible house to fit our restrictive lot (due to setbacks). This was during COVID and supply chain issues. RISE was very proactive and ordered items well in advance so there were very few delays. Their suppliers were all knowledgeable and competent. We had no issues with suppliers getting paid. They kept us informed throughout the process and sent photos. All the features are high quality with many of them custom. All their suggestions were great. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone building a new house. It was a low stress, exceptional process for us. We contracted Rise Construction too build an out- building . The building is a two car garage on one side and an art studio on the other .the structure is 30 ft X 34 ft. The building is air-conditioned and insulated as well. Rise Construction matched the exterior look of the new building to our existing house , to include the main color and the accent bands so that it looks like the two structures were built at the same time by the same people. They even matched the roof shingles both in design and color perfectly. All of the different crews that worked on this structure were very professional and courteous. We had to wait a bit for all the permits to be filed abd approved but once the building started, the progress was very rapid. We had the same job foreman for the entire project. He was very personable and did everything he could to see that everything ran smoothly and with minimal delays. We have had many people stop by and tell us how nice the new building looks. Everything was clearly spelled out in our contract so there were no surprises all the way through the Construction. Rise Construction also handled all the contact and negotiations with our Home Owers Assn. They took all the worry out of being sure we were meeting all the requirements of the HOA.
