A diabolical company. In contact every week for 2 months, needing gas urgently..... For two months. Our tanks are red tagged, they need to check them, they failed to attend, they say they'll call us..... No call. STAY AWAY!

There is no communication between the people answering the phones and the technicians. (vice versa) Full story: Bought house 7/1/22. Take filled no problem. Heard a leak 10/10/22. Called the "emergency number!" Took them 3 days to come out to fix! I had a 6 month old baby at the time, had no propane to cook or heat) Called to have them fill the tank 11/21/22. Propane tech came to fill and said they could not because it needed to be leveled. (no problem, completely understandable. safety first!) (tank at 45%) It took a week and a half and two phone calls to get a tech out to level tank. Propane tech came out 12/18/22 to level tank. Said could not do anything, ground was too wet! Said he would put a note in. I have called 12/27, 12/28, 12/29 and still response from company on any time frame. The tank is still not leveled, nor any propane delivered. Highly recommend to use any other company in the area!

Poor follow up. Gave me information on a device to run how much propane I had left in the tank and would notify them no follow up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I really have a feeling this company is out to defraud their customers. The short version: we get our tank filled about every 5 years and each time were told we need hundreds of dollars in work done. This time I asked for details. After multiple calls and admitted communication breakdown between the service dept and customer service dept I got a service tech to come out to ultimately get an estimate. I got the estimate emailed three days after the man visited with no details on the work to be done. When I complained and asked for more details I was basically told they dont do that. Im being asking to blindly sign off on $900. I cant imagine people are falling for this but understand if youre like me and have gone a month without cooking in your home you feel held hostage/obligated. Im attaching my quote so you can know what to expect from this company.

It's been over 2 weeks since we ran out of propane And Ferallgas has yet to solve our problems! We have an elderly in our household and and we haven't had hot water or fuel for cooking this whole time! Their customer service is horrendous! They've grown too big. They have a local office, but obviously they're not the ones running to show! I've talked with many reps over this time period and it seems there's no internal communication amongst this organization. You have to re-explain your whole situation to every rep, every time you call - it's like Groundhog Day! All I hear is apologies and promises that are never fulfilled. I found a smaller, local company who came out and resolved all our issues within 2 days! If you're considering them run don't walk!!! PS - I wish there was a negative star rating!
