Totally regret not finding Jody sooner! I spent years with another company doing my taxes, and ended up having an issues almost every year where I would need to get them amended. This would cost me an extra $500-$700 every time on top of stress and time, and I decided I needed to move on. I did some research and came across Tip Top Taxes. After reading reviews, watching some of Jodys videos, I decided to go to her this year. I was early for my appointment and Jody took me right away. I dont think I have ever not waited 30-60 minutes anywhere, even with a scheduled appointment. Jody is so incredibly humbled, honest, and knows what she is doing. She took the time to explain how the filing worked, and why I may still be having issues. I was able to get an excellent refund this year and she is going to help with any pending past issues. I am so happy I made the decision to go to her. Moving forward I will only use and recommend Tip Top Taxes to everyone!

I found Jody on YouTube. She is so easy to work with. Very professional and explains my tax situation easy enough for me to understand. Never too busy to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you Jody for helping me get back on track with my taxes. I will definitely use you every year for my taxes from now on. I absolutely recommend her for anyone who is a small business owner and anyone who needs their taxes done.

My Mother and Father had gotten a letter (CP22A) from the IRS stating they owed nearly 10 THOUSAND dollars. We came across Tip Top via social media and that was one of the best things we have ever did. She was so helpful from start to finish, and literally did all of the work for us at a VERY reasonable price. The only thing that took the longest was getting in touch with the IRS which I state again, was handled all by Tip Top. She was able to provide the IRS with documents that were needed and after they reviewed it, we got the great news that nothing is no longer owed. I hope to never have to deal with the IRS in this type of way ever again, however, in the event I, or anyone I know has an issue of such, there will be no one else I would want in my corner other than TIP TOP!!!!! 10/10!!!
