Great experience!! Starting from the tour with Jose he was great he answered all my questions and has a great sense of humor. The move in process with Veron was so smooth and she was very nice and accommodating we just walked in without an appointment to take measurements of the apartment she stopped what she was doing and immediately escorted us. Charles was very kind & helpful also. The maintenance professionals were excellent and immediately address the concerns I had. Ozzy was extremely helpful and polite, I didn't to get the other maintenance professional's name but he was also great, professional and addressed my bathroom concerns. Overall this has been a great experience and I am loving my new apartment :) Thank you

The time cant come fast enough to move out this apartment just imagine paying over $2000 a month for rent and home only two nights out of the week and the music is so loud next door that your unable to fall asleep. Please guys if you have this type of money to pay rent do not rent here! The police car at the gate is just a Sham!! it is not a gated the gate hasnt worked for over 2yrs, the tenant that move in below me always smoking weed and its a non-smoking! couldnt even open my porch door to let some fresh air in !! When you call the office they never answer there phone! Ingrid and Theresa was the best. The people in the office has no manners and yes Ive been living at this apartment for 3 and a half yrs ( Serramar- Ceilo point) has become worst than a section 8 No value for money a dump.
