This had to be the worst pedicure I've ever had. Eyebrows were amazing by Emmy and the guy who greeted me was very nice. I actually wrote a whole tiktok review on this place with videos and all.. Feel free to find me @queen_of_chaosapparently. Anyway when I got taken back my pedicure chair was broken. Both arm rests were flopping around. I decided to just go with it. The message chair SUCKED. The guy cut off my whole tonail practically and charged me to fix it. He only did half of everything on each foot. So he scrubbed one foot but not the other and basically did that with everything. They stalk you to the register almost like they expect you to not pay, probably because services are so bad. They ask for tips even after the services are Terrible. They accuse customers of not wanting to pay if they aren't satisfied with services. They have signs about payment all over. They wait is also very long. So why I give it 2 stars instead of 1? The end result of my pedicure was good. The process to get there was Terrible. And eyebrow services were on point.

The gentleman that greeted me was very nice. However, I sat and waited for eyebrow tinting as well as eyelashes for 20 minutes. The person I was waiting for, sat in the back, in view of me having a conversation with another worker. I will definitely never waste my time going there again.
