Shopped there a few times a months for years. Spend a lot of money. Bought a pair of shoes a few months ago that didnt end up fitting. Tried to return them a week later with receipt and to the same woman who sold them to me but would not process the return because they were not in the box. She remembered me and that I told her to keep the box when I made the purchase but still denied the return. Have not been back since nor will ever go back.

Excellent customer service from Joe / Joseph went above, and beyond helping me find everything I needed for the upcoming party that I will be attending I was so impressed by the incredible attention to detail. And above and beyond kindness hi make sure to give a good feedback on the customer survey, but I also wanted to give good feedback here on Google because exceptional customer service should be acknowledged, thank you again, Joe

Joe was the sales person I asked for help and he was very pleasant and showed me several items of clothing that I had t seen even though I had walked all around the store. I had a great experience with him. Thank you Joe
