        Got a Chevy Blazer on February 17th 2024. Felt good about my purchase because Enterprise reassured me they put the car through rigorous inspections and it was maintained and maintenance by certified technicians. They also told me customers are so satisfied that the come back to buy a second vehicle or trade in the previous one they got from Enterprise Car Sales. 6 wks after my purchase experience, the vehicle failed and had it towed to technicians at the dealership they recommended. Reached out to Enterprise Car Sales and their response to sum it up was "that's why we offer the protection plan". I was expecting more of a response of reassurance they would address the problem immediately, that they are concerned about the failure, and would have the car towed to their certified technicians who did the rigorous inspections to repair the vehicle (at the least). Only thing I'm getting is i'll leave a message/forward the email to the manager. As of today, no response to my emails or phone call. I also get the "I told you so" from my fiance' who begged me not to go to to Enterprise Car Sales but even he was convinced with all of the reassurance at the time of sell (not anymore). I also get the "I told you so" from family members who said they (Enterprise) doesn't take care of their cars, they rent them out, patch them up and send them on their way, and it would be a huge mistake getting a vehicle from there. I even recommend Enterprise Car sales to a coupe co-workers when they saw the SUV I purchased and inquired. Now, the only thing I can assure them of that is consistent with the vehicle is all the roaches the SUV came with. Nice parting gift from Enterprise Car Sales! Buyer Beware!!!! This is happening to me and can very well happen to you.
