        I tried to return a product bought with a store card. They couldnt return it. They didnt want to take the responsibility and just ask me to go another store. I had to spend more than an hour to try to solve the problem which it does not correspond to me to fix. I had to make the phone calls in order they try to fix. Lack of capacity of resolution of the manager of the store and of the phone line customer service.
