My wife and I met Chase recently on a visit to Florida to review some properties. Since we are early in the process, Chase showed great patience and flexibility in showing us some great properties to view on short notice. Even more incredible is that he did this on a Saturday morning, picked us up at the hotel and had first-hand experience of every development we toured. We greatly appreciate his ability to assist as out of town clients and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Chase helped me secure my dream home. I wasn't really looking for a move but when he found my property, he said "I have to see it". A year later, I cant imagine if that conversation never occurred. Our realtor, Jessica Fass went over and above what we would have expected. Over a four month period and many calls and many, many emails, Jessica found for us TWO condos (one for us and one for our mother). She directed us to a mortgage lender that sped up the transactions. She had previewed properties a plenty for us while we were still in Michigan. She located a painter for us as well as found movers for us. We have worked with many realtors in the past twenty-five years and now we need only ONE....Jessica!! She is honest, works hard and we are thrilled that we found her!
