Guest room toilet leaked a bit of water after the Christmas, I could fix it myself, worried that there could be something else, other than the wax ring, don't want to mess up holiday, so I contacted Benjamin Franklin, they came the 2nd day, which is good, 2 guys with a truck, they took it off and there was a small paddle there, they cleaned it up and installed a new wax ring ($7 home depot part), with 30mins, they fixed it and Charged me almost $500, I also told them bath tub sink stop not working, they looked at it could not fix it, said it has to tore down the dry wall so i called that off, in the end, almost $500, Service is good, they came, and fixed it, work was done very well, but it is too expensive, i knew plumber is expensive.....so if it was you, are you going to call them again or find some body else? you know the answer...
