Del Mar Palms Nursery and Landscape Supply

We have known Michael and Emily for a couple of years now since Emily is our family photographer. We hired Del Mar to do a small landscaping job on our front yard and they jumped in to help us. We didnt even have to think twice who we were going to use for our new palms. Got a couple of quotes just to check pricing and Del Mar palms gave us just what we were looking for! Very very disappointing got four Eureka's and picked them out days before they were delivered needless to say they were not the same much smaller but I guess I wasn't supposed to realize that. They told me they would be there at 10:00 in the morning did not get there till 3:00 or 4:00 said he was caught in traffic I checked and there was no traffic backup. Months later my trees look horrible when I told them they looked like they were dying they told me that I needed to water them every day. the reason I had purchased those plants was because they did not need to be watered frequently very dishonest very disappointing and almost a thousand bucks down the Drain. Would never go there again

I'm really blown away by the first class service Mike and the team have provided us thus far. We have ordered close to 40 plants from Del Mar, and we had a little hiccup with a special order tree not coming in, but Mike was very accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us happy. Also, Topher was professional and efficient with the installation of our palm tree. I can't recommend them enough! Glad to have them as a part of our local community.
