Has told my disabled parents that switching to Citizens from Universal would be more expensive for the last 2 years, trapping them in a policy TWICE as expensive as their new policy with citizens, at a different agency... shame, shame, shame... do not trust their word, they are out for themselves and making the most profit possible, not looking out for their customers at all!

UPDATED 8/2022: I continue to use Brown Insurance Services. Every 6 months I shop around but can never find better rates. Just today, Stephanie Roetz helped me get a discount for my teen driver. Every little bit helps!
