    Wish i could give negative stars!! They have someone call to tell you someone will eventually call you three or four time (no joke) I am still trying to figure out the point of that. If your dr makes any changes they call you weeks later acting very confused saying they have the rx but nothing on it. Really? Highly doubtful. Everyone there sounds very confused and not competent. I do wonder how much it pays to call out to customers to tell them they will eventually get a phone call. No wonder things are so expensive. If you can pick any other company. They have no respect for their clients.

    Baycare doesn't serve you ... you serve them! From 1st appt. they were incompetent. When I asked if I could call the techie who fit me with any questions, she LAUGHED at me and said "no." And now that I've quit the program AND they insisted they come here to pick up the equipment, they're still calling, messaging and emailing me to order new supplies. Dumb?? Maybe they're not getting enough sleep.

    BayCare HomeCare pharmacy did a great job filling my husbands insulin prescriptions. They went out of their way by helping us during their lunchtime.

    Worst company- sent my CPAP to get fixed. Was returned with the same problem and with a different bag that is torn at the side. I called once a week and each week they would say the supervisor not in, will give them a message, waited 3 weeks for a supervisor to call me. Going to another company.
