I have the displeasure of dealing with this nasty unprofessional woman. I came in on a Saturday and explained I needed a hem in my satin pants. I asked whether perhaps it would need to be done by hand that I wasn't sure. Irmi snapped at me and said if a person knows how to finger while using the machine, it can be done by the machine. I told her I thought it may be a challenge and no need to bite my head off. I agreed that if she felt she could hem it, that it was OK that she used the machine. She immediately said: "You know what?! I can already tell it's how if you don't trust me, then take your pants and go somewhere else" Shocked at the way she was treating me, I told her that my mother sewed for me all my life and she'd tell me this fabric would be more difficult to manage and that's why I asked the question. She went on about her years experience and I said okay no problem. I got fit and left 2 satin pants and a crepe pant. I told her i had ordered a pink pant that was exactly like the white but it had not arrived. She said okay. There were other ladies in the business and she continued working much nicer to them. That was Saturday and today is Tuesday. When I pulled up to the parking she was exiting the market next door. I smiled and waved to her from my corvette. I brought the pink pants and 2 other pants that needed hemming. Upon opening the door she said "NO FITTING TODAY. NO FITTING TODAY. I AM NOT TAKING FITTINGS OR I WONT GET ANY WORK DONE!" Iin a very aggressive manner and I said "ok I did not know that". She raised her voice at me louder and insisted some lie about how shed told me this on Saturday. I obviously would not have came had that been the case i thought to myself. I had turned to just leave and before i could even get to the glass door the woman with a horrible demeanor said "you know what, your attitude, here's your pants, cause I'm not doing anything." And I remained calm looking at her like my attitude? Lady, you have the attitude. I took my pants and told her that now all the bad reviews I saw after I'd been here Saturday made sense. It all made sense. I'm shaking at the level of disrespect and nastiness and unprofessionalism from this woman. I do not recommend her for anything. No one deserves this.

Irmi is the best in town! She is always professional and finishes alterations on time or earlier than anticipated. Her work is flawless! I will only use Irmi for my dry cleaning and alterations needs. Highly recommend to all my friends and family in the area.

Irmi has done many unusual alterations for me, exactly what I was looking for and beautifully done. She is always friendly and pleasant and her fees are reasonable for the work I need. She is very busy , but always has my item ready when she says she will. Service: Custom tailoring
