It's rare to be able to write a review of a place that goes way beyond exceptional when it comes to help, info, and customer service, but ADR is that place! Not only did they have the last transmission in the USA that I needed (every other place said a 6 month wait/delay), but the folks I spoke with were knowledgeable, informative, and kind. My new transmission arrived in the 2 days promised and was packaged extremely well with all the protections needed for shipping a heavy piece of equipment. My main contact at ADR, Charles, understood my dilemma, as I was stuck enroute to the Bahamas on my sailboat with charters waiting and time was not on my side! Charles made me feel like I was his only customer and responded to all my texts and emails quickly and sometimes after business hours. I confess I was not familiar with ADR before and it was my mechanic who recommended I call them. ADR will be the first place I contact in the future for parts, service, and/or advice and information. Best in the business! Can do a wide scope of work: engines, gens, electrical and gear boxes. Never been disappointed using ADR!
