Great experience. Needed an ice machine and they had just what I wanted at an incredible price. Good to know that if I have a problem with my high end appliances, there is a good place to go.

Could not change my feedback on Ebay so leaving it here. Bought a cooktop that was said to be open box new. Definitely wasn't and was sold broken. When I called them about it they had the audacity to tell me to call the manufacturer and see if it has warranty instead of accepting return first. Come to find out the burner was from 2018 and was no where near new. Terrible experience!!

Most of it is used and over priced. Even with the sale it would be equal price or cheaper to go to a retail store.

Dont buy from this company. I bought an range hood for over $1700 with shipping and they sent a much cheaper product. I contacted them and sent pictures. They asked for pictures of serial and model number, I delivered. They then asked for more and more pictures until I contacted American Express and had my money refunded. They finally sent an e.mail to say a freight line would call me for pick up and if the hood was damaged in anyway theyre charge me. The freight line had the wrong number and after a week I kept trying to contact this seller again eventually giving them my number and e.mail once more .The freight line finally called but I didnt have the shipment information so I had to call and get all that emailed to me so I could return the wrong hood that they sent. Extremely bad customer service after almost fraudulent behavior.
