As a buyer, I recently had the opportunity to work with Lisa King with Blue Chip Lending for a mortgage loan, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services. From the start, the loan officer was very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the different types of loans available and answering all of my questions. She was very patient with me, as I was a first-time homebuyer and had many doubts and concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend Blue Chip Lending to anyone in need of a mortgage loan. Lisa made the home buying process much easier and less stressful for me, and I am grateful for her help.

As a first time home buyer the prospect of buying a home seemed daunting. There was so much I didn't understand, but fortunately Lisa King of Blue Chip Lending was there to guide me through the process.
