They can't drive and are a danger on the road for everyone. They will for sure damage your vehicle and joke about it later . Do not use them !

I have worked at an automotive repair facility in the Boynton Beach area for the past 4 years. I can say unequivocally that D&D towing is by far the worst tow company in this area. The level of irresponsibility is unmanned. Not once not twice not three times on several occasions their drivers have left cars in my parking lot with the keys in the car without notifying us that the car is here. Meaning that your car is sitting unlocked with the keys in it outside not getting worked on with nobody knowing that it's even at the repair facility. Beyond that on the rare occasion that someone does bring the keys in they throw them on my counter and run off. I get no name no customer information I've literally had to run behind their trucks in the middle of the street screaming and they still drive off. Never ever ever use these guys they're unreliable and may very well cause one of your most expensive assets to get stolen. There are so many other good reputable tow trucks in the area.

We hired D&D to transport a Shelby Mustang. It did not run at the time, so i could not drive on the trailer. The driver took utmost care making sure the ramp was stacked so the low bumper wasnt harmed. He double & triple checked that every strap was tight and in place before driving. Once it got to our house, the same carefulness was taken in the dismount. Phil is a professional. And his dispatcher, Ronnie was kind and courteous too. Well done D&D! Ill be calling you next time!!

My friend took her car here to fix what ailed it and they put in an oil gasket that wasn't needed. That didn't fix the issue and when it was brought back for them to repair issue they told her they didn't specialize in that car and bring to dealer. Why didn't they tell her that from the get go? Now she is out $800. Run don't walk away from these rude, clueless idiots!
