The entire Manor lantana staff has been wonderful my entire time here. Ive just renewed for another year and could not have been happier with the renewal process. Very excited for another year with the new team.

We were in love at first sight but that quickly changed shortly after move in. We're in a villa which are also having the same problems as those in the apartments are having. There are major electrical issues and can't run simple things without the breakers tripping. The garage door never worked and was still not functional seven months later. The microwave would never work, the refrigerator stopped working ruining 3k worth of medication on a couple incidents all because of the electrical issues. The internet will even cause the breaker to trip (hotwire is the only provider allowed with only 50mps). Don't even think about running a vacuum. We had an extension cord running from the microwave and refrigerator to the only plug in the kitchen that worked right. Maintenance was slow and always said nothing is wrong. A mold test was done and was positive for mold. The humidity inside can get in the 80-90% and the dehumidifier can get it in the 50% range but then the ac will have to run at 62 degrees inside. If you have a premium pool view keep in mind you will hear everything outside and at night the lights will light up the whole house. The walls are paper thin we could hear our neighbors upstairs and next to us. We heard when they ran their dishwasher, washing machine and even when they went to the bathroom. There are no lights or a ceiling fan in the bedrooms apparently they needed to cut corners someplace. The gate never works and because of the area there are sketchy people able to get in. The package room was a horrible idea--we've had multiple packages missing or stolen. Sometimes packages left outside near the mailboxes. This place is a far cry from luxury with an exorbitant price tag. I feel bad for the people who move into our villa next and for anyone else when they get their increase notice. The billing for water seems to be highly inaccurate. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here, you'll soon regret it if you do. Read the reviews and make a smart decision. Be aware the recent positive reviews tend to be from the staff or fake accounts. It looks like they are trying to get photos we post on here removed as well.
